My salesman was Patrick Sisk, he was extremely attentive to all ours needs and answered all of our questions about the vehicle in depth. There was so much to learn about the vehicle it was overwhelming! He had the utmost of patience with all of my questions and I left the dealership feeling confident about all the new options I had in my new car. The sales manager, TJ Madden, was also just as attentive and made us feel like we got the best deal possible for the Pilot. Goodbye old Volvo, Hello new Honda. Michael Sawicki showed me a couple different cars and took me on a test drive and let me leave without pressuring me or trying to talk me into anythin Michael Sawicki showed me a couple different cars and took me on a test drive and let me leave without pressuring me or trying to talk me into anything so I could make my decision, which was nice because I was really not sure if I wanted a minivan or a cross-over station wagon at that point. He was pretty patient because I spent a good deal of time looking at the cars to learn all the features. He also found some good options for slightly used cars that would have worked too. Honestly, I thought I was going to go test drive a couple cars, and send my husband to go buy the car for me once I picked one to get a good price. But the no-pressure attitude and respect he gave me made me as comfortable as one can be when making such a big choice. When I went back, the manager did haggle with me a bit over the price, but it was very friendly haggling and I came out with a great deal. Once the deal was made, Michael bent over backwards to deliver the car and make the experience good for me and the family, by installing the kids car seats and showing me how to use all the features of the car that my old car didn't have. Michael is pleasant to work with and a good egg, so if he helps you buy a car, he'll take good care of you. Khalid Saissi was my finance and insurance guy. He's friendly and straighforward. He simply laid out the options to buy and didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want. I asked for more information after I left and he answered right away. We did not spend as much time together as I did with the sales guys, but he was also a great person to work with and I recommend him. More
