Thomas Telesco (TJ), my service engineer, made my experience at Darien BMW an absolute pleasure. He was polite, professional and completely understood what I needed, and clearly explained the steps experience at Darien BMW an absolute pleasure. I even had a key fob that had not been synched to my car (who knew you needed to synch your fob to your car!) and he quickly took it and out it in action!
