My fiancé and I had the worse experience ever. At security dodge they are unprofessional and unreliable. The receptionist Erica is rude and never relays message over to whom the message is intended f security dodge they are unprofessional and unreliable. The receptionist Erica is rude and never relays message over to whom the message is intended for. Unless you call and curse them out then they will find a sense of urgency. She should be fired. Tj was very slow. Didn’t do a walk around of the car with myself and my fiancé, didn’t tell us about any of the features. He was unwelcoming. We wasted 3 hours of our day sitting at security dodge before someone told us what was taking so long!! By far the worse! This is a low class dealership. No sense of urgency, formality or no sense of treating customers like they are important. These people at security and xxxx BAGS they care only about the money not about making the customer experience a good one. We will never ever spend our money here again or refer anyone to the dealership. More
