The service consultant that I regularly now work with, and have for the last 3-4 service visits, is Aly McKendall. Aly is friendly, helpful, efficient, knowledgeable of her job, and a delight to work with. She quickly returns calls if not immediately answered, works to fit the service to our schedule, keeps us updated as to progress and findings, and provides clear explanations for recommended service functions not covered by warranty. We are totally pleased with her support and help. More
