This dealership did a lot for me - I was looking for a very specific make and model, and they traded with another dealership to make that happen for me. They arranged my pick up from the airport as I was very specific make and model, and they traded with another dealership to make that happen for me. They arranged my pick up from the airport as I was moving into the state and had to vehicle and they drove me to the dealership to pick up my new car. Not only that but due to allergies I required transport in a specific vehicle and they accommodated that too. Everyone was really personable and friendly. I genuinely liked everyone who worked with me here on getting a new car. I highly recommend working with these folks if you're in the market for a Toyota. More

My husband and I had been shopping around for a decent pre-owned vehicle for our son for several weeks. After narrowing it down to two choices, we contacted Suburban Toyota to schedule a time to see a VW pre-owned vehicle for our son for several weeks. After narrowing it down to two choices, we contacted Suburban Toyota to schedule a time to see a VW Jetta at their location. We arrived to the dealership with a pre-approval from the bank and we had a good idea that this car would be the one. Tanner, who first took our call, handed us over to Abdul in sales when we arrived. Abdul took good care of us and understood that we were more than prepared to get this sale completed asap, once we made the decision that the VW was that car we wanted. Abdul was professional, courteous and understood firmly that we were not interested in being pressured into purchasing any extra products...we wanted to sign and drive. Abdul thoroughly informed Zach in finance what our goal was...to get in and out as quickly as we could. Zach made it happen in record time. In less than 90 minutes, we had completed a test drive, discussed the deal with Abdul then signed purchase documents with Zach. The team even agreed to repair a tear in the driver's seat as part of the purchase deal. I appreciate a sales person who actually values my time and the efforts that were made in advance in order to speed this process along. The signing process was the fastest I'd ever seen with technology that made it super easy and very user friendly. Thanks Abdul and Zach...you have earned our business in the future, as well. More
