We would like to extend a heartfelt “THANK YOU” to everyone who made getting our 2023 Elantra Limited possible. There was an unfortunate incident that happened to my 2012 Sonata (not of my doing, nor everyone who made getting our 2023 Elantra Limited possible. There was an unfortunate incident that happened to my 2012 Sonata (not of my doing, nor Hyundais), but found myself without a car for 3 months! Thank you to Mike the General Manager, Tau and Joe in the sales department, and most importantly - Karen the Service Department Manager, without her unwavering determination none of this would be possible!!!! I had the best experience ever buying a car at this dealership. Everyone was friendly and personable making it very comfortable. I’ve been to dealerships where they were all business and had no desire dealership. Everyone was friendly and personable making it very comfortable. I’ve been to dealerships where they were all business and had no desire to interact if it wasn’t related to the sale. While this dealership was very professional, people went out of their way to joke and have a conversation unrelated to the business at hand. For me buying a car is stressful but I have to say given the atmosphere I was completely relaxed. Would definitely recommend them! More

Tao Wang, the dealer, walked me through and explained all the features of my new car. With my license in his hand, Tao trusted me to test drive the vehicle by myself without his presence. When I asked the new vehicle to be washed in specific areas such as the truck bed he had the car cleaned to my satisfaction. He had me fill out the paperwork for a new car before I came to the dealership and I was in and out maybe within an hour at most. His coworkers were pleasant as well. I am a happy buyer, consider Annapolis Hyundai when buying a vehicle. More
