The dealership was great at reaching back out to me while waiting on my vehicle to arrive and keeping me updated throughout the shipment delays. Even since purchasing my vehicle, they've checked in on my exp waiting on my vehicle to arrive and keeping me updated throughout the shipment delays. Even since purchasing my vehicle, they've checked in on my experience and satisfaction. Everyone was extremely friendly, and it didn't feel like I was being pressured throughout the process, unlike several other places I'd been to. Huge thanks to Nate, Tao, and Terri! I absolutely love my new Elantra! More

We had the best experience with Tao Wang of Annapolis Hyundai. For starters, this was the only dealership that doesn’t charge more than the MSRP. Tao kept in touch and kept us informed during the four mo Hyundai. For starters, this was the only dealership that doesn’t charge more than the MSRP. Tao kept in touch and kept us informed during the four month wait for our car. When an identical car (minus a few options) was en route ti the dealership, he remembered us and offered it to us, and even scheduled the installation of the additional options with the Service Dept. We were treated so well that we are recommending Tao to friends and family. As owners of Mercedes Benz vehicles, we feel that Tao and his dealership far exceeded even that service. More

This is my second purchase/lease from this dealership. I can't say enough good things about the way they treated me both in the sales department and always in the service department. I'm a single women I can't say enough good things about the way they treated me both in the sales department and always in the service department. I'm a single women and always a bit on edge that sales people of any kind will try to take advantage of me. I felt that I was a very special customer and they valued me, my questions and my concerns. A special thanks to Kevin , the Sales Manager, who went the extra miles. I loved my 2019 Sonata and now I have a brand new Sonata Hybrid which I absolute adore and feel very good about driving.
