We were greeted by Kevin who couldnt be nicer and put into the hands of one of their best salespeople Tatiana who made my first leasing experience completely stress free with her friendliness and expertise both before and after I made my purchase. There was no pressure to buy here - her professional speaks for itself. When I picked up my new Encore she took the time to help me set up everything inside my car that probably would have taken me forever to figure out myself. Everyone there made this truly one of my best car buying experiences. PS - I cringe now when I think about what I almost bought from another dealership and what I drove away in from Sun Buick for the same price. More

They were willing and available to help any time that I called to ask questions, and they provided clarification for everything--willing to work with us mostly over the phone and via email due to our circumstances. Tatiana did not treat me like someone who was buying a car; instead, she made me feel as though she had my interests (as well as, hers--let's be realistic) in my mind. More

I advise you to see her if you plan to purchase a car, she is the best! She reviewed everything thoroughly, spent time with us exploring different models, took us for a test drive and discussed various payment options. I was buying a car for my daughter and was there 2 times by myself before I went with her. Every time they were courteous and friendly. When I finally went there with my daughter to test drive the car they didn't take her around one block and back to the dealership like other places they even asked if I would like to drive the car and took me on the parkway so we would get a great feel of the car .Great job. I dealt with Tatiana, Andrew and Kevin who spoke to the dealership to get me a better deal. A couple of days later I had issue with the car .The service department got me right in and took care of the problem. I dealt with Bob McKenna who went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and didn't wait long in there comfortable waiting area More

Went in for an oil change & came out with a new Terrain. Was considering a new car within the next year but when I went in for my oil change & inspection, the dealer gave me a sweet trade in deal I coul Was considering a new car within the next year but when I went in for my oil change & inspection, the dealer gave me a sweet trade in deal I couldn't refuse. So, I now have a lovely 2019 Terrain. There was no pressure tactics or back and forth games. Easiest buy I've ever made. Thank you Tatiana for ALL your help. I had to return a couple of times for further guidance with the newer technology but she was there every step of the way so I could feel comfortable and secure with driving the car. She took her time going over all the details that were easier shown than having to read every detail and helped me sync my phone and start up "On Star" and "Xirius Radio". Now I'm a second time, proud owner of a GMC Terrain. I was very happy with my previous 2013 so I'm confident that I'll love my 2019 updated version that has some wonderful changes and additions that work so well for me and my wife. More
