Such a great experience. The staff was a breath of fresh air completely erasing the stigma of the high pressure, non-trusting car salesman. It felt more like a family picnic. Matt Keeney gave me a trustworthy feeling and Taylor was so much fun. What a great personality. Andi and I had some laughs during my “how to operate my car” tutorial. You can teach an old dog new tricks. I finally found a car dealership that I can develop a real relationship with. Thank to you all. More

The holistic trade-in / purchase process at Premier Subaru in Branford was very easy and with minimal haggling. Premier Subaru is truly World Class! Why do I make this broad statement. Could it be the amazing Facility that has antique cars that suspend from a raised platform in the main Lobby? Why do I make this broad statement. Could it be the amazing Facility that has antique cars that suspend from a raised platform in the main Lobby? Could it be the Car Service area which can be viewed through the glass wall for Customers to watch mechanics maintain their vehicles while they sat in a pristine waiting area? Could it be the fact the Facility is amazing in its cleanliness & attention to detail in every facet of this organization? Could it be the Salesperson Taylor Frawley an exemplary Customer Service employee who not only worked with me to select a new car that met my needs & ensured I understood fully the workings of my new Subaru Forester? This was the second dealership that refused to work on my vehicle The battery kept going dead because I had had a trailer hitch put on it The other dealership says if you take all that stuff out will diagnos vehicle The battery kept going dead because I had had a trailer hitch put on it The other dealership says if you take all that stuff out will diagnose it for you and I was told you have to come up with some money so if we find out you caused the problem with your aftermarket hitch we can charge if it's Subaru's fault we won't charge you so I didn't have much choice so so long story short after 7 days they told me it was a bad battery and they had to order a bigger battery tray because the new battery the putting in has more capacity now they never told me what was wrong but they still charged me $700 That's the bill I had to pay before I can get my car even though they warranty the battery they still charged me 4 hours labor for what I don't know when they had it for 7 days so I don't understand I even called the factory open the case and they said oh well and what really makes me mad is that I've been an automotive technician retire now for 50 years and believe me I worked at a lot of dealerships and they pull the stuff all the time More

We needed a new car and wanted it to be electric and a Subaru. The Solterra is hard to get - but we were able to get the Touring at this dealership. Excellent experience - wonderful dealership.
