The reason for 4 stars and not five stars cause when I arrived with my mom, we had to wait a while for Taylor our salesperson to meet us. Apparently he was coming from another building. But the real reaso arrived with my mom, we had to wait a while for Taylor our salesperson to meet us. Apparently he was coming from another building. But the real reason was the receptionist at the front desk that we checked in at. After waiting for so long, we asked her how much more time. She was not nice, in fact called my mom out as being very rude. Than there was a guy she called over and was talking to about the whole ordeal that was staring at her which made my mom very uncomfortable. We did not get the names of both of them but did bring up to both Taylor, his manager and also our finance person. September 18th, Friday around 4pm was when this happened so maybe u guys can find out who they were especially the receptionists working that day. More
