Not surprised that buying a new car was as easy as 123. Because I wanted another option that was not available on the lot Shallana found the exact car within minutes. They as a team had it ready the next day for pick up. It was a totally painless transaction and I was thrilled to see my new car sitting at the front door ready to drive off the lot!! Love this car. More

HONEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT I purchased my Toyota in 2013 from Falmouth Toyota, and have serviced there since. This past Winter I took my car to Naples Fl and had the 35,000 mil I purchased my Toyota in 2013 from Falmouth Toyota, and have serviced there since. This past Winter I took my car to Naples Fl and had the 35,000 mile service there.I did NOT have a good experience with the Naples,Florida Toyota dealership and would not recommend them. I found other dealers to be less than honest when giving pricing for services. Other dealerships add on other charges for items such as "disposal, etc", even though I only had a tire rotation and front end alignment. They could not explain what the "disposal" fee was for! Apparently this is how the other dealership inflate their prices. There were no surprises when I had the recent 40,000 mile service with Falmouth Toyota. Tayrlor Voner diligently informed me of the tire wear and advised new would be needed in the near future. I feel much more confident with this dealership and will continue all servicing with them. More

On sales, I ask them to give me a fair purchase price and they do. On service, if they say I need something fixed, it is true and I trust them to do the job right the 1st time. Excellent Service Department Taylor in Service is our guy & once again is excellent to work with! Brought my car in for a 9am appt. because the VSC & ABS lights were on. I didn't even have time to finish my coffee before the tech discovered the problem. I was given a price (also told that my inspection sticker was overdue - oops, I didn't even notice) - and was out & on my way within an hour! My daughter (who has been saving for her first car) was with me since we had planned to shop later that day - you just know you're doing something right when you can get a nineteen year old girls attention away from her IPhone long enough to comment on the service department area, the "awesome" waiting room, short wait time AND say she wants to buy her car there! More
