I dealt mostly with Townsend Wells. They evaluated the damage quickly, had the part there and ready to install before the insurance adjuster appeared. They then repaired the car quickly. They were knowledgeable and helpful in every way including a ride from the Hertz when I returned to collect my car. More

Each department sets the benchmark for all other dealerships to strive toward.. I've never seen a Falmouth Toyota employee who wasn't completely customer oriented and truthful. Every employee welcomes you, passes you with a big smile and is so courteous you'll think you are at a world class resort. Sales focus is based on your needs, they listen first and offer what Is best for you, they should pride themselves on their honesty. The service manager sets the highest standards and i know the service is always done correctly and honestly (there are no sneaky practices that you may have experience at other dealerships). The service department is one of the main reasons I am so loyal to this dealership. Simply put, as a whole,...They care, they do what they say, they will NEVER leave a customer hanging or drive an unsafe vehicle, they never misrepresent anything, there are no scams, pressures or lies. The Falmouth Toyota team reminds me of that perpetual winning team you would go up against (pick a sport) when you were younger. Have you seen the new improvements ! I liked it before but.. I have been dealing with Falmouth Toyota since I bought my 2009 Corolla when it was new. In the past I have found the service to be exemplary..... t I have been dealing with Falmouth Toyota since I bought my 2009 Corolla when it was new. In the past I have found the service to be exemplary..... the professionalism superb... BUT now it is even better. I recently went for a routine service. I was ushered into the garage by valets. They quickly got me ready to move on to Taylor ( who has always gone above and beyond to assist me ) I took a self tour and I am SO IMPRESSED. The waiting area has EVERYTHING you need- private areas, Wi- Fi areas, a room for children to play but also be safely watched. The areas to wait have comfortable seating,snacks and drinks. The service people always explain your service in a private setting. I was then escorted to pay for for my service. Then the valet's were back in service. I love my Toyota and when it is time to buy a new one this is where I will go. More

They coordinate a fine-tuned operation that ensures that you as the customer may feel confident that your vehicle has received top quality care and attention. The new waiting facilities lend themselves to customers' many different needs being met- general waiting room with television, quiet room with WI-FI, even a children's area for play, and of course, food. All the facilities, including the rest rooms are kept clean, neat, and restocked. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend folks to stop by and shop at Falmouth Toyota- and have! More
