I came in to get a checkup because my car was shaking when I’d use the brakes. They told me that nothing was wrong with my car… When I went to pick up the car, they both couldn’t find the keys and no one when I’d use the brakes. They told me that nothing was wrong with my car… When I went to pick up the car, they both couldn’t find the keys and no one knew where they had parked the car. As I’m leaving the dealership, my car shakes AS IM DRIVING OFF THE LOT!!!! So when I take my car into another service place (because there’s something definitely wrong with it), that place tells me that not only do I need oil (I was almost completely out), also my brake pads were completely worn out and it was DANGEROUS for me to have continued to drive my car!! I have two babies and to hear that I was in grave danger every time I got into my car, and for Hubert Vested to say that NOTHING was wrong with my car?!! God forbid I had listened to them and not gotten a second opinion. Shame on them!!! More

Not very happy with this service department. I guess appointment times mean nothing to them. What’s the point of making them when you have an appointment at 10:30 and the vehicle doesn’t go into the sho appointment times mean nothing to them. What’s the point of making them when you have an appointment at 10:30 and the vehicle doesn’t go into the shop until 12. Lack of communication with the customer as well. Was never informed that they wanted to keep my vehicle over the weekend to do three small things that should not take more than 3 hours. We were never offered a loaner or rental to accommodate us for the time either. I expected more I guess given how nice all the salesmen and women were when we purchased the vehicle. More
