Excellent and friendly operation. Immaculately clean! My service coordinator was friendly, patient, helpful and informative. The valet service was excellent and appreciated. Driver was very pleasant. I am still having problems with lights staying on constantly even in off position and shaking steering wheel when accelerated between 60 and 70. These were requested to be looked at. Alittle dissappointed this was not resolved and now need to go back. Ugh! Overall all my points of contact has been excellent. More

Great experience I was greeted by a happy staff member, Denise Rice within 1 minute of arriving for service. I was then directed inside to meet with Ted to get my ser I was greeted by a happy staff member, Denise Rice within 1 minute of arriving for service. I was then directed inside to meet with Ted to get my service started. All the staff were taking the extra measures for everyone’s safety (re COVID-19). I also came in contact with Mary Beth and Tracee both with smiles under their masks! I could tell by their demeanor and interaction with me. I asked Denise if she could get something out of my car and she happily obliged. Ted advised me my service could take up to 3 hours due to an issue I was having with my key fob and the extra measures they were taking with sanitizing the cars. I decided to wait outside and read. I received a text from Ted about an hour later saying my car would be ready sooner than expected. He also contacted the warranty company and confirmed my key fob was still under warranty (saving me $175 for testing and reprogramming). My car was finished in 1 hour and 45 minutes. I’ve always had great service with Manly Honda And this service was above and beyond. Thank you! More
