Due to a tire puncture on one of the original tires we had to replace the entire set early, so Ted surprised us with an additional "Road Hazard" discount that saved us an additional 30% on the sale priced tires !! Outstanding, and this was after we had already agreed on the higher price on the phone !!! It was chaos. We are all adjusting to a crazy new normal. Honda was bombarded with people who were ordered to stay home. Honda employees were inundated with people trying to drop off cars and leave in order Honda was bombarded with people who were ordered to stay home. The Honda employees handled this day better than I think most could have. I had a flat tire and was taken care of ASAP. I left my car and was in no hurry given the circumstances.
