Took truck in for oil change. Declined new battery as old one was fine. Truck died on river road at 10pm. Positive cable completely loose so no charging going on. Called a lgain and no one gave a xxxx. I've been coming here since 1993. Unfortunate they have lost touch with customers. I was treated like crap. Quite unfortunate they prioritize volume over quality andcustomer care. More
