She took us for a test drive, explained the different models of the CRV. We chose the one most suited to our needs. She was extremely patient with us, explaining all the features on the car we chose. She set up our bluetooth for both of us. This is the second car we purchased in 9 mos. and Andrea was the salesperson for both. We love both cars. The CRV is very easy to drive and handles very well.
