Great Service and pleasant surroundings! We brought in our 2015 Honda CRV for the first oil change since purchasing it in March 2018. We were met by Heather Cullen who was so kind and profes We brought in our 2015 Honda CRV for the first oil change since purchasing it in March 2018. We were met by Heather Cullen who was so kind and professional in dealing with us. We were told the cost, what would be done, and how long it would take; and then directed to a comfortable waiting area. She told us she would be back for us as soon as it was ready, and she was! She was a real help in explaining what had been needed and what had not, and gave us a discount as it was our first oil change. She explained when our next visit should be, and sent us on our way. She was friendly, cheerful and seemed very happy to help a 70 something couple in any way she could. Heather is a real asset to your company, and we look forward to our next visit there! Wonderful experience! We were skeptical that we would purchase a new car on Saturday. The dealership was busy, but all the employees were very nice. We had contacted Ted Mierz the day before to set an appointment and found him busy upon arrival. He took to time to greet us and after a short wait, we were invited to his desk. After some negotiations, we decided against the purchase and went to lunch. After talking, we returned and completed the deal. Both Ted and Bob, the Finance Manager were great and made our experience a pleasant one. We love our new Ridgeline and feel it will meet our needs for the next few years. More
