I first called Stephen asking specifically about hybrid vehicles. Although we didn't want the one that was available, we were so impressed with him that I went back again to look at the other Subaru vehic vehicles. Stephen was very knowledgeable and always ready to answer any questions that I had before we even agreed to the Forester. He continues to check back with me to see if I have any other questions or issues.
