Great sales team, horrible management. Andy, was a pleasure to work with. He knew the product and was able to get me the exact car of my needs. Also with all of our troubles the next day, he was extremely patient with us, and made sure we felt comfortable. For the rest of the management team I cannot say the same. Teddy, and Jose were extremely deceiving in their words and I ended up leaving extremely dissatisfied from the management team. I can say that Tom was extremely helpful when I can in the next day, he spoke to my mother in law and I very well and helped us resolve our issues. Teddy spoke to my mother in law in a tone that was simply not okay, and actually told her she had an attitude, for those reasons I would not recommend the dealership. Please, review the management team and maybe instruct them on the correct way to speak to customers. More

We knew upon arrival we were interested in purchasing the Subaru Forester. Diana is very qualified & knowledgeable about the entire fleet. After her explanations, we settled on the Forester Ltd. Diana was extremely patient, understanding & friendly. She took my parents & myself for a test drive. We all drove the Forester and loved it! This was the perfect car for my parents, Dad 89 years old and Mom "in her 80's", hence I say more regarding Diana's patience. We worked with Teddy & Diana, quickly coming to a deal, NEVER ANY HIGH PRESSURE!
