He helped us to understand how the features worked in practice during our test drive so we could effectively weigh the pros and cons of each package. He and Teddy helped us come to a good price on a car and find the color we were looking for. Dave kept us updated on the car's arrival very well! We worked with Tom in the Finance Department and he was very helpful! He talked us through all our options and made sure we understood each one. I think it cheapened the car purchasing experience but I like Garavel and I just chalked it up to a marketing tool someone thought up. Otherwise great job! More
