He helped us to understand how the features worked in practice during our test drive so we could effectively weigh the pros and cons of each package. He and Teddy helped us come to a good price on a car and find the color we were looking for. Dave kept us updated on the car's arrival very well! We worked with Tom in the Finance Department and he was very helpful! He talked us through all our options and made sure we understood each one. My husband and I initially came in and met with Sam to consider Subaru options after my Legacy lease had ended; we were only in the "looking around stage" at that point and Sam couldn't have been more helpful, candid, and free from high-pressure selling strategies. For this reason, we specifically asked for Sam when we came back the second time; he spent the afternoon test-driving multiple cars with us assessing what we liked and did not like about each. Sam came up with the perfect option for our needs and, after Teddy worked with us to secure a price that fit our budget, we signed that day! Every car-buying experience should be this pleasant!
