Check SRS light & take care of recall Service advisor and all other personnel were courteous. However, my seats were not retuned to the original position which is annoying. What a Wonderful experience! Well let me start off by saying that, from the moment I stepped into this dealership. I felt like I was treated like a king. They call him OC easier to remember. He made me feel really special. He’s a character but very professional at the same time who knows every detail about the cars. The dealerships very very clean!. Best car dealer service When i have to take my car to the dealer it’s always a great experience. It’s not the end of the world because I’m going to be without a car, or i ha When i have to take my car to the dealer it’s always a great experience. The Service department makes is so easy, i leave my car in the morning and due to the great location of the dealer i go to the mall and when i finish my shopping my car is ready. Sometimes i have to loan a car and And i like to drive the new models. The staff is very friendly and they always follow up after the service . More

Service B I found the appointment making process was not up to the usual high standards of the dealership. I had a woman on the phone who was very curt and exp I found the appointment making process was not up to the usual high standards of the dealership. I had a woman on the phone who was very curt and explained that at least two weeks are needed to reserve a loaner. This was never the case. once I got to the service area, I waited some 10 minutes before someone helped me! I found this also to be unusual and not like previously. When I finally sat with my service advisor, Teresa, I was told I had two recalls which they will take care of. I was shocked, as no one ever contacted me about these two recalls!!!! What if they were serious recalls and put myself and my family at risk when driving this car???? Teresa assured me that everything would be taken care of. It took two days for my service to be completed and the pick up process was more courteous than the drop off. When my car was delivered, I noticed a few spots on the left bumper. I brought this to the attention of the person who delivered my car and confirmed that these spots were not there when I dropped off my car. He got an advisor who tried to find the photos taken during drop off, but could not find ANY!!!! He then suggested that the car goes to the detail shop to see if they can remove the damage. Fortunately, the car came back completely repaired. Teresa Cane out and once again was very reassuring and apolized for what had happened. she is very professional, warm and kind. More

Awesome is as awesome does!!!! As I have always said. Mercedes of Paramus is the best dealership around. The car is magnificent! I have a GLC300. The sellers are awesome and the Service advisors and all the staff are on point. Everyone was made re than accommodating when my husband and I came into pick up my car after service. They helped him get into the car. A month ago he had a knee replacement. You have a customer for life!! An A+ dealership. More

Dissapointing!!! Just to start off, I am an ASE Certified Technician. So I bring my 2013 GL450 to Mercedez-Benz of Paramus and I explained what the issue was with my c Just to start off, I am an ASE Certified Technician. So I bring my 2013 GL450 to Mercedez-Benz of Paramus and I explained what the issue was with my car. Loud noise at cold start only which is the Timing Chain Tensioner, my service advisor Teresa was very nice and she wrote down the issue but just to check it the charge was $179. All you need to do is start then car when engine is cold and you will hear it right away so that's a 5 min job which I agreed to pay the hourly labor rate. Than I get a call that my coolant bleeder hose is leaking so bad that it needs to be changed right away. So that's another hour labor plus parts. When all said and done, I paid $331 in labor which was very upsetting to me since the whole job that they did took less than 20 min for both issues. It was a little plastic hose right on top of the engine attached by 3 clips, not even screws. On top of that they charge me another $20 to dispose the little plastic tube. This is very dissapointing service and Mercedes-Benz of Paramus will never see my cars or my family's cars there every again. More
