Spent a lot of $ and the tire inflation settings were off $3500 for service, tires, and bake pads (plus next service coupon) and the tire inflation indicator kept going off. It would’ve been five stars if it ended better I scheduled the same day service appointment, but also had a problem I needed diagnosed. Another dealer couldn’t figure out the problem, so I got the I scheduled the same day service appointment, but also had a problem I needed diagnosed. Another dealer couldn’t figure out the problem, so I got there early and looked for the biggest office in the service area, and asked the gentleman if I could speak with a tech and have him drive my car prior to me leaving it— I wanted to be with him when he drove the car to see if he heard the same problem I have been hearing. The gentleman was terrific and immediately contacted Don who came out immediately and diagnosed the problem with in a minute or two. I was grateful for the same day appointment and even though it would take a few hours, I decided to wait as they have no loaners. I kept in constant contact with Teresa. I ended up being at the dealership for six hours. My rating was lower than it should’ve been primarily because Teresa left without giving me a final update. I couldn’t find anyone to speak with, so from with in the dealership I called the dealership on my cell phone and gave them my information and asked the status. After some time they figured out that the car had been finished but they were looking for the paperwork. At least another 15 minutes went by before I asked the status again, and one of the guys at the cashier finally realized that his printer was out of paper. Once he replaced the paper my paperwork came through and he was able to process it. I was frustrated that the service advisor left before completing the transaction or at least connecting me with somebody who would finalize it. I was also frustrated that I had to call the dealership from within the dealership to get an answer, and then finally that they didn’t realize their printer didn’t have paper in it and therefore they could check me out and I wasted at least 15 minutes. More
