Service department took the time to fix problem with my car. I had meeting with shop Forman and his boss. During the meeting service manager and Forman said they will do their best to fix. If they canno car. I had meeting with shop Forman and his boss. During the meeting service manager and Forman said they will do their best to fix. If they cannot they will discuss with Mercedes USA engineers. So far it looks like service dept fixed the problem.. My thanks to them. More
