Paramus Honda all the way! Steven, Laura, and Brianna were awesome! Above and Beyond Service I have never seen a company care as much for customer service as have witnessed today. Earlier this week, I ran into an issue with my car. Water found I have never seen a company care as much for customer service as have witnessed today. Earlier this week, I ran into an issue with my car. Water found its way into my car due to a loose grommet. Not understanding how that could've happened or who was at fault, Bruce Laga explained to me my situation. He explained to me what was the best course of action and took care of problem. They immediately contacted me the same day to rectify my frustration. They kept me in the loop on the steps they needed to take to make sure that I remained satisfied. This team made sure that a valued customer is well taken care of. I'm sorry for ever doubting you guys and I will continue being a loyal customer. Thank you again to Bruce, Terrence, and Ralph. More
