Best Experience Ever! Have purchased a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and have always said that I would rather go to the Dentist than to a Car Dealership. Now I would rather go to Klaben Ford than the Dentist! Working with Terry took awhile but it was not his fault because I wasn't sure what I wanted. At the end of the day this past Saturday I drove off in my new 2015 F150. I was really nervous with it being my first car purchase but his friendliness and relaxed persona Terry made sure everything went and smoothly as possible and made sure I never felt pressured. He was keen to make sure I was buying exactly what I wanted. Every step of the process went smoothly and the financial department was just as helpful. They made sure I understood everything I was signing and I didn't feel rushed when I took the time to skim over the papers myself.
