Extraordinary I was delighted to work with this dealership. From top to bottom, there was an atmosphere of friendliness and genuine caring within the whole workpla I was delighted to work with this dealership. My first personal interaction was with Pamela Fairchild who was welcoming right there in the lot, even with the Covid-19 situation. She not only really listened to my preferences, but her observations of my reactions allowed her to lead me quickly to the model and trim that suited me best. I took a test drive and spent some time working with Pamela and found her approach extraordinary. Great support, but no pressure. The next day I had a question and reached out directly to the Sales Manager, Terry Isseminger. I was pleasantly surprised that he returned my call promptly and answered my question to the best of his knowledge with no slant in an attempt to "seal the deal today". Traci Roberts was very efficient with handling all the paperwork. When she realized I was having trouble tracking all the various charges and fees (my brain isn't as nimble as it used to be!), she slowed her pace, answered all my questions and gave me time to think it through for myself until I was comfortable. The young man who took the car to do the final prep noticed my husband in the lot and acknowledged him with a thumbs up, even though we hadn't even met him. My husband also chatted with customers who were coming in for service and their glowing compliments influenced our decision to add on the extension of the maintenance agreement. There is the aspect of sifting through the immense myriad of vehicle makes and models available and whatever and whenever one must chose. Subaru itself has reputation in any price range in all terrains. This model is comparable to Cadillac XT series with computer electronics coming in $30,000 less. Subaru safety rating and recall is far superior than majority of makes. Safety and reliability makes this model desirable. This dealer was crowded for the disruptive experience the USA and Arizona is enduring which is telling in itself. Herd immunity with herd intelligence in this era of sophisticated, educated human herd is always an indication and invitation for investigation. My Subaru curiosity and experience begins today. Traci in finance was easy and comprehensive to work with for the stark reality department-finance. My PTSD from previous car buying experiences to grueling waking nightmares wasn’t experienced with Traci. Interesting to get two at same time and to drive away without regrets and buyer’s remorse. I actually live about 90 miles away and was apprehensive about buying a car from a dealership so far from my home but Trent put my mind at ease throughout the entire process. I had to special order my Crosstrek because I wanted the 6MT. Trent was kind enough to bear with me for the 2 1/2 month wait answering all of my questions. When I went in for a test drive, he explained that he had a delivery to meet and he introduced me to Robert Pedroza. I didn't have as much time as I would have liked for the test drives but Robert was very understanding and helpful, and I never felt like I was under any pressure to make a decision. I really appreciated how Robert explained the various features and how they worked. My wife and I decided to purchase a 2020 Outback. When we went in to complete our purchase the whole process went very smoothly. Once again, Robert was very helpful in explaining everything and answering all of our questions. Jennifer Duran was also very good at explaining all of the financing portion of our purchase. Overall, we have no complaints about our experience at Tucson Subaru and I can't think of any areas of the process that needs improvement. More
