I drove for 7 hours to get to Temrcula. Terry met me outside, he immediately came to my rescue. He Walked me into the service department and introduced me to Trevor Schultz, i explained my problem. Trevor then made transportation arrangements for me. Terry Mc Dowell is great, he follows through by checking up to see if my service needs were met. He is amazing ! Trevor Schlutz was wonderful and pleasant to work with. I was so relieved when i left there i could breathe again. Terry Mc Dowell and Tevor Schultz a professional team! THANKS GUYS😇 More

First of all...this dealership is the BEST I have ever dealt with. I have purchased 2 cars from here investing almost $100,000 in FORD and plan to buy more. I had the pleasure of working with Terry McDowell and he took care of us through the whole process even after I purchased my vehicle, he was able to assist with a warranty issue. I had my service done and Trevor was the absolute most helpful service representative I have had. They got me in and got me a temp vehicle and I was on the road again without the stress I feel anywhere else. I regretfully tried a different ford who failed to even acknowledge my warranty, they were a nightmare... So I drove my car 400 miles JUST because I was so sure that Gosch would take care of me when others had no time and were pretty rude too. I'm happy I chose Gosch to purchase bc they are by my side even after the fact. They did not just use me for the sale...they really take care of me. More

Today we had a great experience at Temecula Gosch ford. We were picky about what we wanted and Terry was so helpful, he got everything we needed and more.
