Best car buying experience to date!! Extremely pleased with my truck buying experience at Southland Dodge! Initially made an internet inquiry into the vehicle I was interested in. Initial Extremely pleased with my truck buying experience at Southland Dodge! Initially made an internet inquiry into the vehicle I was interested in. Initial talk with Tessie was extremely pleasant and she set me up to come in and review the vehicle with Deonica. Deonica had the truck out front waiting on me. Reviewed the vehicle, passed on to her my goals/interest, and went for a test drive. Absolutely no pressure and extremely customer focused. Went home to think on it, and brought my wife back with me to test drive again. Did a large amount of research on pricing at competing dealers and Southland was able to give me an extremely fair price. Completed the purchase with ease. Would definitely visit the dealership again on my next purchase and Deonica was a dream to work with. More

My experience up to last Service has been great, but the last one was terrible maybe because the virus. Hopefully next it will be better. They said my Jeep had no issues, but I know there was of lights ou last one was terrible maybe because the virus. Hopefully next it will be better. They said my Jeep had no issues, but I know there was of lights out, and needed to be replaced, the primary reason for me going there because I can my cars oil changed anywhere. I wanted it to be inspected by the dealer. Thanks again. More

Outstanding customer service I was internet searching for a used Jeep wrangler and after numerous searches I found a jeep at Southland Dodge/jeep that i was interested due to the I was internet searching for a used Jeep wrangler and after numerous searches I found a jeep at Southland Dodge/jeep that i was interested due to the price listed. Once there i met Ben Badon who showed the jeep. Dealing with Ben was like sitting and talking with a friend, his knowledge and easy manner made it a pleasure to purchase the jeep. The jeep was priced right and there were no games when it came time to finalize the deal. I drove 90 miles to find this jeep and I'm very pleased that I made the drive and will definitely return in the future. More
