Excellent Job of restoring my 1995 Chevy Truck Ricky has been a excellent advisor in helping me with the restoration of my 1995 truck. In the beginning of the build Ricky talked with Mike Deal, and with his experience, Mike has been able to get everything completed. During the time that I have been working with Ricky and Mike, I have noticed that the Don Mealey service department is a big family. They are a great team of people. I would recommend Ricky and any of the other advisors for your needs. Working with Mike has been great. I consider the people at Don Mealey service the best in the business. More

Everything was fantastic I brought my car in for a oil change and tire rotation. The oil change was completed and they did not rotate the tires because they said it would be I brought my car in for a oil change and tire rotation. The oil change was completed and they did not rotate the tires because they said it would be a waste of my money to do so. They suggested that I get new tires. Danielle was awesome. She gave me all the info but was not pushy or overbearing. She gave me a full explanation of what my choices were and I left. I stopped at a local tire place to get a price quote on my own. Danielle got back to me by the end of the day and she was able to give me a great price. She was so very helpful thru this whole process. I have been coming to this dealership for oil changes for a few years now and I have really enjoyed each visit. The team here is always helpful and I am always in and out. I will be coming here for all my service apts in the future. More

Restoration of my truck I want to thank Rickey Jordon and Mike Deal. Rickey, is an excellent Service Advisor he listens to your needs and gets you to the right techinica I want to thank Rickey Jordon and Mike Deal. Rickey, is an excellent Service Advisor he listens to your needs and gets you to the right techinicain for the type of work you need done. Throughout the process of replacing the engine and transmission as well as paint and body work he is the man to go see for your automotive needs. He has steered me in the right direction for getting my truck looking like it came from one of those car shows from TLC or Velocity channels from TV. Also, Rickey paired me up with Mike Deal, A Master Techinicain who takes attention to detail and quality workmanship. He installed the engine, transmission, electrical and a aftermarket fuel injection system on the performance engine. Well, I can go on and on about everything that was looked at, and or modified. Mike, has done a Awesome Job!!! Rickey, has done a Awesome Job!!! If you need someone to trust Rickey, is your Service Advisory. Sincerely, Tom More

Best customer service Towed my car to two independent shops before towing it here. After over paying elsewhere my car still would not start. Was contacted by the staff afte Towed my car to two independent shops before towing it here. After over paying elsewhere my car still would not start. Was contacted by the staff after only half a day! (Took the other shops over a week with no positive results and vehicle still would not start). Turned out to be a small repair of a replacement intake manifold after both independent shops quoted me a new engine! Fully expected the same here and intended to have the repair done here but their product knowledge saved me thousands! I would recommend this be your first stop before the independent facilities and will be mine from now on. Thank you!!!! More

2015 camaro 2ss, wish i hadn't! i bought a new 2015 camaro 2SS in july 2015, second day it started having problems running and shifting. After wasting my time at don mealey service dept and george nahas service dept, chevy's best advise was deal with it! now at 1800 miles tried to go to work and the battery is 100% dead! why? nothing was left on! I wish i never bought this car. they got a great car for trade. More

Service Department Committed Fraud My car would not start one morning this past week. It ran fine the evening before. When i tired to start it the engine tried to crank but only made a My car would not start one morning this past week. It ran fine the evening before. When i tired to start it the engine tried to crank but only made an unusual noise. I had the vehicle towed to Don Mealey as that is where I purchased the vehicle. I allegedly have an extended warranty. Although I was hesitant to give them another chance since during a previous service request, Don Mealey refused to honor the extended warranty and I had to pay over $1,000.00 to have my vehicle repaired at another facility, but i was unsure as to why the engine would not start. Once again the service writer advised me I did not have an extended warranty. I requested he check with the sales department and get back to me the next day. I was called back at 3:00 pm and advised the car only needed a battery. I was advised by the service writer, Chris, that my battery was "dead" and would not hold a charge. I questioned this as the battery was recently replaced and less than 6 months old. He advised that it might be a bad cell, or a short in the battery. I needed my car, so asked that the battery be replaced. Upon picking up my car, I paid the core charge and asked for my old battery back. At first they seemed hesitant to give it to me, but upon agreeing to pay the core charge t was provided to me. It soon became clear why they were hesitant to give me back my battery. Since leaving the dealership, my check engine light has come back on, the car idles rough, AND, I have had the battery inspected from the auto parts store where I purchased the battery, as well as two (2) independent auto parts stores and an independent mechanic. All four have agreed that the battery is fine. It had 90% life on one meter, it had 609 of 615 amps on another meter. The mechanic confirmed the battery would work by disconnecting the "new" battery and connecting the old battery back up and the started. He did advise the car needed a tune up as there codes that arose from the check engine light coming on. It is clear that Don Mealey has no intent of ever honoring the extended warranty I purchased, no intent of ever diagnosing the problems with the car, and has committed FRAUD in selling me a part (battery) which I never needed. The were nice and smiled as they comiited fraud and tole my money is all I can say good about the dealership More

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH!!! I LOVED my experience at Don Mealey. They are the BEST dealership around. I shopped at 12 different dealerships and was so frustrated until I came t I LOVED my experience at Don Mealey. They are the BEST dealership around. I shopped at 12 different dealerships and was so frustrated until I came to Don Mealey. Make sure to request DENNIS PAYNE in Sales because he "ROCKS"!!. He listened to exactly what I wanted, and made sure I was totally happy. He took the time to listen patiently and found my dream car that will pull my boat for my dog and me (a beautiful Tahoe that rides like a dream). He was absolutely wonderful and even followed up with me on his day off to make sure I was taken care of!!. I also received a great deal as well!! Rodney in Finance was fantastic too. He made sure I got the lowest interest and even shopped for a lower rate after I signed and it dropped 4 more percent!! I will go straight to Don Mealey for my next vehicle in the future! More
