Above and beyond the call of duty!! I'm from the Minneapolis area and arrived yesterday at the Orlando airport. I rented a brand new Chevrolet Tahoe LT which had only 100 miles on it. Wh I'm from the Minneapolis area and arrived yesterday at the Orlando airport. I rented a brand new Chevrolet Tahoe LT which had only 100 miles on it. When I left the rental ramp, the 2nd row 60/40 (40) seat was laid down in the folded position. I thought I would figure it out on my own at a later time. Come to find out, I could not get the seat to open up and fold up into a usable position. I looked at a PDF of the owners manual and still could not get it to work. Something was obviously wrong so I looked up the nearest dealership to where we stay when here in Florida. I pulled into the dealership and was met by three salesmen in the lot who all tried to get the seat figured out. Unsuccessful, they had me drive over near service and brought out a service writer to take a look. Still unsuccessful, they went and grabbed a service technician who came out and tried to get the seat to unfold without success. Myself and my daughter went inside to use the restrooms, and when we came out we were greeted by the service writer and the technician who said he finally figured it out! The seat needed to be slammed down harder than normal to lock, then was able to unfold as designed. I was on my way in about 20 minutes. They helped a customer that did not purchase the vehicle from them, did not have an appointment, and was from out of town. If I lived in the area and had any vehicle needs, I would surely use your dealership. I have had many interactions with a wide range of auto dealers over the years, but this one will be remembered as the most positive. More

All my scheduled service was done plus they checked my battery which I choose to replace. Very happy not to be left stranded. More

Fantastic service! I am from out of town and just stopped in to get my oil changed because my indicator light came on. This dealership went WAY above and beyond my expec I am from out of town and just stopped in to get my oil changed because my indicator light came on. This dealership went WAY above and beyond my expectations! They got me right in, gave my daughter and I a ride to have lunch while we waited, and then had the oil changed and tires rotated before we had even ordered our drinks. I have dealt with many Chevy dealerships - this one is fabulous! More

Everything was fantastic I brought my car in for a oil change and tire rotation. The oil change was completed and they did not rotate the tires because they said it would be I brought my car in for a oil change and tire rotation. She gave me all the info but was not pushy or overbearing. She gave me a full explanation of what my choices were and I left. I stopped at a local tire place to get a price quote on my own. Danielle got back to me by the end of the day and she was able to give me a great price. She was so very helpful thru this whole process. I have been coming to this dealership for oil changes for a few years now and I have really enjoyed each visit. The team here is always helpful and I am always in and out. I will be coming here for all my service apts in the future. More

Rickey, is an excellent Service Advisor he listens to your needs and gets you to the right techinica I want to thank Rickey Jordon and Mike Deal. Rickey, is an excellent Service Advisor he listens to your needs and gets you to the right techinicain for the type of work you need done. Throughout the process of replacing the engine and transmission as well as paint and body work he is the man to go see for your automotive needs. He has steered me in the right direction for getting my truck looking like it came from one of those car shows from TLC or Velocity channels from TV. Also, Rickey paired me up with Mike Deal, A Master Techinicain who takes attention to detail and quality workmanship. He installed the engine, transmission, electrical and a aftermarket fuel injection system on the performance engine. Well, I can go on and on about everything that was looked at, and or modified.
