I brought my car in for 2 specific issues and neither were addressed in the first visit. I had to bring my car back (after spending $700+) only to learn that the issue still was not taken care of. I was quoted two prices prior to coming to pick up my car, then was told a significantly higher price at pickup. I think messages got lost in translation— they communicate via text and phone, with multiple different representatives. While everyone I dealt with was nice, they each provided different information. My car still has the same issue I came in with, I’ve spent over $700, and now am being quoted several *thousand* to fix it More
