Had a recall on paint had to repaint hood I bought the gladiator with a decal on it they said they had to take decal off to paint hood said they would replace it because it was on it when I bought it. I bought a certified 2020 Jeep Cherokee latitude in September found to have front end issues, they are still working on rectifying the problem. I have made 2 months of payments and still haven’t receiv September found to have front end issues, they are still working on rectifying the problem. Service department is like pulling teeth to have work done. I had to drive 45 minutes one way about 8-10 times before anything was done.
