It meant the world to me to see Mr.Tom Carter be so knowledgeable and descriptive on how to operate the most computerized car that I have ever purchased. I never thought for one second that I would be able to comprehend all the instructions about the features on my new car to be able to drive it off the lot,but he did and guess what I love my vehicle with all my heart. From the moment I left the lot I quickly realized how sneaky and manipulative this place is. The check engine light came on as soon as I pulled from the lot. Which I now realized had been reset before I took it for a test drive and was why it took so long to see the car. Today I had a 3:00pm appointment to drop my husbands car off. They called us at one to remind us of the appointment and to let us know a rental would be waiting for us. It is now 355 and we are still in this stinky little waiting room. When I asked why we were waiting the service man shrugged his shoulders and said we are doing everything we can on our end. I'm not sure what the point of us having an appointment was. I want to vomit just thinking about spending another minute here. To top it off we've had to bring the finance department the same paperwork 3 times. Still a month later have no idea who has our loan. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
