The dealer was excellent and so was the sales management. They gave me a fair dealer discount without sticking to the price given out by its web page. JM Lexus is an excellent place but it is presently not p They gave me a fair dealer discount without sticking to the price given out by its web page. JM Lexus is an excellent place but it is presently not permitting it’s dealers to offer discounts. Pembroke Lexus gave me a $2,000 discount on a $56,000 MSRP price.and didn’t include unfair contract preparation fees. More

Thomas and Mickey made things happen for me. I had my credit union mail a cashier's check and it was delayed by Fed Ex. Mickey and Thomas quickly worked out financing through them having driven 5 hrs fro credit union mail a cashier's check and it was delayed by Fed Ex. Mickey and Thomas quickly worked out financing through them having driven 5 hrs from N FL. The initial unit that I was interested in when getting down there had a minor dent on the left corner panel and the hood. Thomas offered to take a look at another unit for which I purchased. Currently, as the unit I purchased did not have a second key fob, Thomas is working on getting one from near my home at Jax Lexus. Lastly, I had gone down in a rental car and had to return it at Avis in Pembroke Mall, a crazy busy place. Thomas brought me down to drop off. Thomas has been a professional during the entire time and that was appreciated. More

They just sell cars but the don’t care about customer satisfaction. They have hidden fees. They sell additional car care and maintenance packages without ask customers if they really want it, they just a satisfaction. They have hidden fees.
