I HAVE BEEN IN THE CAR BUSINESS FOR OVER 15 YRS. I STARTED AS A SERVICE PORTER, MOVED TO DETAIL FOR 1YEAR BECAME A DETAIL MANAGER, WAS A DETAIL MANAGER FOR 7YEARS, MOVED TO SALES DID CAR SALES FOR 6 YEARS DID FLOOR SALES AND INTERNET MANAGER.I HAVE TRAINING FROM DISNEY, RITZ-CARLTON,AND BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY. I STARTED IN SERVICE IN JULY/ 2019 AFTER A FEW YEARS OUT OF THE CAR BUSINESS. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SON THAT IS MY WHOLE WORLD. I ENJOY THE OUT DOORS, FISHING, 4 WHEELERS, COOKOUTS, BEACH AND POOL DAYS, AND BEING WITH LOVED ONES. I WAS BORN IN LEXINGTON, KY BUT HAVE LIVED IN VARIOUS PARTS OF FLORIDA SINCE I WAS 6 YRS OLD

I went to Daytona Toyota recently and didn’t schedule an appointment. I told the staff that I work odd hours and this was the only time I had to get my 5k service. Communication about when car would be ready was not as good as before. I was sent a text about services being needed, I accepted them, and then did not receive any other texts or calls. I had to call a good as before. I was sent a text about services being needed, I accepted them, and then did not receive any other texts or calls. I had to call and could not get anyone to call me back. I left messages but no one called me. I tried calling sales department and they told Me they could not help me either and could not walk to the other building to check on my car. I finally got through three hours later and someone told me car was ready. My experience prior to this was much better with good updates and good communication. More
