I STARTED AS A SERVICE PORTER, MOVED TO DETAIL FOR 1YEAR BECAME A DETAIL MANAGER, WAS A DETAIL MANAGER FOR 7YEARS, MOVED TO SALES DID CAR SALES FOR 6 YEARS DID FLOOR SALES AND INTERNET MANAGER.I HAVE TRAINING FROM DISNEY, RITZ-CARLTON,AND BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY. I STARTED IN SERVICE IN JULY/ 2019 AFTER A FEW YEARS OUT OF THE CAR BUSINESS. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SON THAT IS MY WHOLE WORLD. It was Saturday afternoon and I had a problem with my key fob. I met Thomas at Station 8 and he was very professional and thorough. Got me in and out and at a very reasonable expense for a weekend problem ca fob. I met Thomas at Station 8 and he was very professional and thorough. While waiting for my car I also noticed that same great service from ALL of the employees. With service like that other dealerships should take a lesson. More

Service was great, unfortunately we spent over $800 the week before, all 4 tire replacement included, only to find out later that another $230 was need to replace a TPM. Maybe this should have been check week before, all 4 tire replacement included, only to find out later that another $230 was need to replace a TPM. Maybe this should have been checked better when the tires were being replaced with new (?). More
