I have been coming to this dealership for almost as long as it’s been open. I bought my first car here and many since. The service department is always great. My only comment for this experience was I h as it’s been open. I bought my first car here and many since. The service department is always great. My only comment for this experience was I had an 12:30 appt. I arrived a few min before- parked- and went to my agents window. I stood for several min. The nice lady in #10 helped me after a few min. The nice gentleman in #8 actually paged my agent and said customer waiting. After about ten minutes, my agent casually strolled up and went behind the counter without one word to me. The lady told him she was raking card of me. It would have been good cyst service if he would have said “ I’m so sorry to keep you waiting”.. something. The gentleman in booth #8 will be helping me next week as Angel informed me he doesn’t work Saturday which I am happy about. The lady in #10 gets the most thumbs up for jumping in and helping me.. Since you asked!! But I love Daytona Toyota and my Pruis!! More

Although I am happy with the brake and spark plugs services, I’m disappointed that despite requesting and receiving a military discount according to the first technician, the discount was not initiall services, I’m disappointed that despite requesting and receiving a military discount according to the first technician, the discount was not initially applied to the final bill and the substandard front wiper on the driver’s side streaks when it rained the majority of my drive home to North Carolina. It still streaks Zander I’ll need to replace these nee wipers to avoid further disruption while driving in inclement weather More

Were supposed to fix my trunk from a Progressive Insurance Policy holder rear-ended me. According to their estimate which was dated and start and end time were recorded they finished the estimate the same day I dropped it off in 39 minutes. I never heard from them, I called and left messages and was asked if Progressive had called me. I called Progressive to find out what was going on to hear the deemed my vehicle a complete loss. All I needed was the trunk fixed so it closed properly. So after I finally got that information on Feb. 4th and 5th, 2021 I went to pick up my car to get a second opinion and this shop would not give me my car back, they informed me my car was still in pieces and they wouldn't give it to me unless I paid for it. They have had my car for 2 weeks never intended on fixing it and over quoted and under valued my car. I would highly recommend that if you are getting your car fixed here because of the insurance company you NEED to go somewhere else. They are definitely getting kick backs or just love screwing people over then to satisfy the customer. They are working with the insurance companies. They are sharks who don't care if you are single mother of two surviving on a single income and that it's your only vehicle that you've owned and never been in an accident the entire 14 years you've own the car. Worst experience of my life! More
