I STARTED IN SERVICE IN JULY/ 2019 AFTER A FEW YEARS OUT OF THE CAR BUSINESS. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SON THAT IS MY WHOLE WORLD. Service could not be better: from the person who scheduled my appointment to the person who took my keys to do the oil change and the person who returned my car to me! Excellent service. I was a visitor to Florida from Connecticut with my car when my maintenance light came on. I was assured by agents at this dealership they would be able to service my car in a timely manner. Came in because Car had a persistent flat tire sign, even after filling with air. Had oil changed and tires rotated as recommended by them, but were told tires didn’t have any punctures and were fine. One ho after filling with air. Had oil changed and tires rotated as recommended by them, but were told tires didn’t have any punctures and were fine. One hour after leaving, our car blew a tire on the highway. We were driving around fine till the point of going to them, and the whole idea of going was to get the tires checked. They missed something and did not offer a refund. Will dispute charge with credit card company. More

Thomas was very kind and he acted sincere after recommending I have work done that was already done, like tire rotation and alignment and cabin air filter change. he admitted no one checked the ca recommending I have work done that was already done, like tire rotation and alignment and cabin air filter change. he admitted no one checked the cabin air filter to tell me it needed to be changed. I feel that’s very irresponsible. Also I do not like to receive sales calls after I get an oil change. I received two. There was a female shuttle driver who is very nice but then due to miscommunication I did have to wait 30 minutes to be picked up after my car was ready but I do take partial responsibility for that because when Thomas called me I said tell her to wait 10 minutes before she picks me up because I was eating breakfast. But actually they waited 30 (until I called back) More

Tanya is always kind and friendly always enjoy dealing with her. But Thomas was rude when i pulled in there were 2 vehicles ahead of me i stopped behind the second one and left my car to see Tanya. I too with her. But Thomas was rude when i pulled in there were 2 vehicles ahead of me i stopped behind the second one and left my car to see Tanya. I took about 10 steps towards her counter when the 2 vehicles started pulling out to be worked on. Thomas came up towards me and said you cant stop there you need to pull ahead your blocking for other cars .i turned around no one was behind my vehicle and said patients. He said no no patients you need to move it . I did but he was rude me. More
