I HAVE BEEN IN THE CAR BUSINESS FOR OVER 15 YRS. I STARTED AS A SERVICE PORTER, MOVED TO DETAIL FOR 1YEAR BECAME A DETAIL MANAGER, WAS A DETAIL MANAGER FOR 7YEARS, MOVED TO SALES DID CAR SALES FOR 6 YEARS DID FLOOR SALES AND INTERNET MANAGER.I HAVE TRAINING FROM DISNEY, RITZ-CARLTON,AND BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY. I STARTED IN SERVICE IN JULY/ 2019 AFTER A FEW YEARS OUT OF THE CAR BUSINESS. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SON THAT IS MY WHOLE WORLD. I have completed the following; plugs, steering fluid, brakes, brake fluid, battery, all u-joints, carrier bearing, front, rear and transfer case oils, front wheel bearings, serpentine belt, blower fan motor, air and cabin filters, and coolant flush. We bought our car from them which came with free oil changes. I was concerned that, because it was free, we would not be treated the same as someone paying for it each time but I was wrong. Checked in 2023 Lexus GX460 quickly and efficiently. Service Advisor was very polite and gave us a break on the "Oil Change For Life" policy. Wait was less than 1 hour which was awesome. The Service Service Advisor was very polite and gave us a break on the "Oil Change For Life" policy. Wait was less than 1 hour which was awesome. The Service Manager of this Dealership needs to administer some remedial training to the employee(s) (Detail Crew) who, between check in and job completion, entered driver's side of the vehicle and proceeded, in less than 1 hour, to trash a like new vehicle (driver's side only). The Lexus was bought at that dealership and I live down here in Brevard County, which is why I have the "Oil Change For Life". More
