I STARTED AS A SERVICE PORTER, MOVED TO DETAIL FOR 1YEAR BECAME A DETAIL MANAGER, WAS A DETAIL MANAGER FOR 7YEARS, MOVED TO SALES DID CAR SALES FOR 6 YEARS DID FLOOR SALES AND INTERNET MANAGER.I HAVE TRAINING FROM DISNEY, RITZ-CARLTON,AND BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY. I STARTED IN SERVICE IN JULY/ 2019 AFTER A FEW YEARS OUT OF THE CAR BUSINESS. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SON THAT IS MY WHOLE WORLD. I took my 2019 Tacoma in for a faulty front door lock to be replaced. I was told it would be a 1-2 hour repair so I elected to stay and wait for my vehicle. After 3 hours, Thomas informed me the mechanic wh be replaced. I was told it would be a 1-2 hour repair so I elected to stay and wait for my vehicle. After 3 hours, Thomas informed me the mechanic who was to work on my truck had gotten distracted by a request to help on another vehicle then forgot to return to my repair. I left after a 4 hour wait. The service department seemed extra chaotic the day I was there. More

Service Dept staff worked as great team to get me in and out efficiently. I dropped my car off so I could go to work. Absolutely horrible they treated my husband like trash acted like they didn’t want to help then. Then he got up couldn’t even speak back to my husband so disrespectful will never buy a car from there agai acted like they didn’t want to help then. Everybody was in masks however, courtesy shuttle drive took his off although I keep mine on. The older shuttle driver van smelled cleaned and disinfected but the return shuttle was musty and not so clean took his off although I keep mine on.
