I STARTED AS A SERVICE PORTER, MOVED TO DETAIL FOR 1YEAR BECAME A DETAIL MANAGER, WAS A DETAIL MANAGER FOR 7YEARS, MOVED TO SALES DID CAR SALES FOR 6 YEARS DID FLOOR SALES AND INTERNET MANAGER.I HAVE TRAINING FROM DISNEY, RITZ-CARLTON,AND BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY. I STARTED IN SERVICE IN JULY/ 2019 AFTER A FEW YEARS OUT OF THE CAR BUSINESS. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SON THAT IS MY WHOLE WORLD. Service department is great. Sales people leave a lot to be desired. Sales gave me wrong spare key, parts and service people had to straighten it out but I had to go all the way into Daytona and wait an hou be desired. My brother crashed our 2020 the Lauster by HYUNDAI we heard great things about Toyota so that’s where we took it. The service was absolutely top-notch! They were professional courteous expedient and qual heard great things about Toyota so that’s where we took it. The service was absolutely top-notch! They were professional courteous expedient and quality work so when I had a problem with my air conditioner on my Hyundai Alandra, I went straight back to Toyota again and the service was even better than the last.
