Even though it was the end of the night, everyone was very helpful, and stayed to show us the car. Thomas even stayed late as we decided to purchase it for our son. He gathered our info and held the car so we could come back on Saturday morning to finish the purchase process. Our son is thrilled with the car. No four letter words were said. I asked him if saying pissed off was a swear word and he said yes and hung up the phone. You never ever hang up on a customer. More
