Purchasing a new car at Brookdale Toyota I went through USAA which led me to Bruce Xiong who was great to work with. Bruce always got back to me quickly when I had questions and when I found I went through USAA which led me to Bruce Xiong who was great to work with. Bruce always got back to me quickly when I had questions and when I found the Corolla I wanted, matched me with a car in stock with the best price I could find. I am grateful to Bruce for this smooth and easy part of getting my car. Thomas Eckert helped me get set up with my Corolla LE by showing me the features that were quite new to me given that my last Toyota was 25 years old. He took the time to make sure that I left the dealership feeling very happy about my new car. The reason I did not give 5 stars was the experience I had in financing. I paid cash, and had a trade in, so there wasn't much to do, However, I felt highly pressured to purchase an extended warranty as I was given a very manipulative, hard sell narrative. When I declined, I was given two documents to sign with the message not to blame Brookdale Toyota if I regretted my decision in the future because I made the foolish mistake to opt out of purchasing the warranty. Our sales person, Thomas, and the rest of the staff we worked with were all very knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed working with each one of them. From past experiences at this location, (I purchased my first Rav4 there in 2013.) I know that their service department is top notch as well! Thank you Thomas and Brookdale Toyota, for this wonderful experience! I'm very happy with my new Rav4! I I look forward to doing business with you in the years to come! More

Love my Toyota! Purchased my second Toyota from Brookdale Luther. I truly appreciate not feeling pressured when out looking for a new vehicle. My salesman, Thomas, w Purchased my second Toyota from Brookdale Luther. I truly appreciate not feeling pressured when out looking for a new vehicle. My salesman, Thomas, was kind and I felt he really wanted me to find a 4Runner I would love. Thomas was patient while I test drove many models and always had an answer to my questions. Financing can be intimidating and the experience was painless. Thank you. Amanda! When I picked up my 4Runner it was in immaculate condition. Again, Thomas took the time to make sure I understood the vehicle and even helped me sync my phone (since I had no idea what I was doing)! I will be looking for a vehicle in a couple years for my teenage daughter and will definitely be back! Thanks for a great car buying experience! More
