Bruce always got back to me quickly when I had questions and when I found the Corolla I wanted, matched me with a car in stock with the best price I could find. I am grateful to Bruce for this smooth and easy part of getting my car. Thomas Eckert helped me get set up with my Corolla LE by showing me the features that were quite new to me given that my last Toyota was 25 years old. He took the time to make sure that I left the dealership feeling very happy about my new car. The reason I did not give 5 stars was the experience I had in financing. I paid cash, and had a trade in, so there wasn't much to do, However, I felt highly pressured to purchase an extended warranty as I was given a very manipulative, hard sell narrative. When I declined, I was given two documents to sign with the message not to blame Brookdale Toyota if I regretted my decision in the future because I made the foolish mistake to opt out of purchasing the warranty.
