This dealership had high points and low point. I docked a star because some issues we had with a new car (literally died on the way off the lot) and when we went to trade it in for a new one that I docked a star because some issues we had with a new car (literally died on the way off the lot) and when we went to trade it in for a new one that was finally in stock a couple months later they increased their markup and would only slightly lower it for us even though we did not get sold a reliable car. I know those things are mostly out of their control but the least they can do is match the markup when we originally bought the car!!! They also did not give us the trade in offer of the original price of the car that died leaving the lot like promised so we ended up selling elsewhere! So far no problems with the new car. It seemed like Thomas our sales guy really tried to fight for us but the powers that be would not budge. Pretty greedy. More

The casual reference to an "unspoken agreement" among dealers amounts to an acknowledgement that ALL car dealers are currently engaged in what is very probably illegal price fixing or collusion. Current laws against this kind of practice are weak and barely enforced. But the reality is that it is ALL dealers, and many are much worse. Other than this generic complaint, I felt the whole process was pretty straightforward and the sales agent most helpful and sincere. More
