I just do NOT give 5-star ratings, but that should not reflect negatively on DCK. More

courteous and efficient service I was most pleased with the courteous and efficient customer service received. Staff kept me posted on progress of repair work. Diagnosis of problem I was most pleased with the courteous and efficient customer service received. Staff kept me posted on progress of repair work. Diagnosis of problems was clearly explained. I am concerned, however, that there was a need to cut rotors with only 9700 miles. Specifically, how will this effect future wear and tear and repair needs. More

The person I spoke to on the phone (Joann) put me on hold to check if the part was available. She then told me she would make the appointment 3 weeks out to make sure the part was in. I received at least 3 different emails from DCH , the last one the DAY BEFORE the appointment to confirm. I arrived and was told it would be 1 1/2 hr wait. After almost 50 minutes Thomas came and told me unfortunately they didn't have the part. I then waited another 10 minutes to get my car back. Thomas tried to help by giving me a free car wash certificate and a $15 gas card. I was extremely disappointed that DCH just didn't have its act together. I expected better communications within your shop so that at minimum Thomas should have known part was unavailable when I checked it. All in all a very BAD experience! More
