professional efficiency I was responsible and arrived on time. They took my car in immediately. I was sitting at a service rep desk within minutes of arriving. Coffee and bag I was responsible and arrived on time. They took my car in immediately. I was sitting at a service rep desk within minutes of arriving. Coffee and bagels were provided for my convenience which I appreciated at 7:45 am. The chairs in the waiting area were very comfortable. I was told the service would take 45 minutes. Exactly 45 minutes later the service rep came to get me. He went over again the work that had been done. The whole experience was handled professionally and efficiently. More

Frustrating I recently dropped off my car at 8 AM and told them I would need it back before 1 PM. I even saw the associate stamp my paperwork and write 1:00 down. I recently dropped off my car at 8 AM and told them I would need it back before 1 PM. I even saw the associate stamp my paperwork and write 1:00 down. I had asked that before they start the work that they give me a call. At noon I had to call them and they had not even looked at my car yet. Needless to say it was not ready by 1:00 and I no longer had a ride to get my car. It was definitely a very frustrating experience. More

Tom, my service advisor, noted all my concerns and made sure these c My service experience was very pleasant and my expectations were fully satisfied. Tom, my service advisor, noted all my concerns and made sure these concerns were thoroughly investigated and resolved in a reasonable time and the waiting area was very comfortable. I'm still haunted by the very poor radio reception in my 2012 Toyota RAV 4, however, Tom suggested that the radio might be defective and they will do everything necessary to resolve this on my next visit. This was a little disappointing as I had brought it in before this for investigation of the poor radio reception and would have expected that a through investigation would have been done then. Outside of the radio reception, I'm very satisfied with my RAV 4 and the service experience had been very good at this dealership. I'll be very ecstatic if the poor radio reception can be resolved at my next service visit. More
