I buy a lot of vehicles and normally I encounter horrible service trying to buy via phone or internet. My experience was the complete opposite at Pacific. Frank was more than happy to answer all my questio service trying to buy via phone or internet. My experience was the complete opposite at Pacific. Frank was more than happy to answer all my questions via text, phone and internet. Enough so that I finally came in after 2 days. Once there the process went so smoothly. Even his Mgr. Thomas followed suit and also made me feel welcome and remained professional too. The finance Mgr. Gary explained all my options without being overly aggressive like most F&I guys are typically. Bottom line this place has a great like home feel with a bunch of happy employees and you can tell it's family owned and doesn't have that terrible Corporate store feel where everyone is unhappy due to constant compensation plan changes, and the sales staff takes it out on the customer. I'll definitely be back here for my next BMW in a couple of years. More
