Great initially. Poor delivery Process around looking at cars and negotiating was great I had a 10a appt to pick up the car. The paperwork wasnt ready so I had to wait an hour to s Process around looking at cars and negotiating was great I had a 10a appt to pick up the car. The paperwork wasnt ready so I had to wait an hour to start the paperwork. The entire process took almost 2 hours. I had to wait, after the paperwork, for the loaner car to be ready, as the leased car had a scratch and needed to be repaired At no point did anyone take the time to explain the features of the car to me. Volvo explained the car in detail to me when I leased that car. Now I have the car I leased but have only one key. Awaiting delivery of a second key.
