New car I had the opportunity to order a new car at Mercedes Benz Princeton and the whole process from start to finish was so easy thanks to Thomas Knobloch, I had the opportunity to order a new car at Mercedes Benz Princeton and the whole process from start to finish was so easy thanks to Thomas Knobloch, Jr and Robert Lisi. Tom sat down with me when I first went in and went over every option available on the car I was interested in. I had time to ask any questions I had and he made sure that what I chose was really what I wanted. Once the car arrived and we went back to pick it up Robert Lisi went over everything in my new car and answered all my questions. He sat with me in the car to make sure I knew how it all worked. I have come to count a number of them as friends, and I feel as if I'm treated as a member of the Mercedes Benz of Princeton family. Service advisor Brian McCoy was thorough and professional in reviewing my service needs, and he kept me abreast of the progress as the day went along. It turned out to be a costly visit, and Tom Knobloch was kind enough to insert himself into the process to work it out. While he wasn't involved in this endeavor, my salesman, Tom Trovas, is always there to help when needed. I wholeheartedly recommend this excellent dealership! More

I just purchased a 2019 A-220 from Tom Knoblock, Jr. Being high tech challenged, I thought I would never be able to deal with the voice recognition system. Robert Lisi spent a long time going over everything with me. He was extremely patient and happy to go over the system with me until I was comfortable. I absolutely love the car. It drives like a dream and is so much fun. After Robert's instructions, I find it very easy to operate the voice recognition. Robert told me to come back anytime if I had questions. Next time you buy a car here, make sure you ask for Robert to clue you in on all the features!! SM More
