Tom sat down with me when I first went in and went over every option available on the car I was interested in. I had time to ask any questions I had and he made sure that what I chose was really what I wanted. Once the car arrived and we went back to pick it up Robert Lisi went over everything in my new car and answered all my questions. He sat with me in the car to make sure I knew how it all worked. Service advisor Brian McCoy was thorough and professional in reviewing my service needs, and he kept me abreast of the progress as the day went along. It turned out to be a costly visit, and Tom Knobloch was kind enough to insert himself into the process to work it out. While he wasn't involved in this endeavor, my salesman, Tom Trovas, is always there to help when needed. I wholeheartedly recommend this excellent dealership! More
