Once it was time for pick-up, Thomas, Robert, and Mike took the time to explain every detail of the 2024 RDX, its features, and all the options available, without ever making me feel rushed. The transparency and professionalism throughout the process were refreshing, making me feel confident in my decision. From signing paperwork to learning features, the entire process took an hour and 15 minutes THE MOST. I sat in traffic longer than that, lol.
